Moobeo and its availability

Moobeo is a browser games platform currently in development. The site, games, and features may change, be suspended, or be removed as development continues. We aim to make the site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Moobeo currently has no user accounts or premium memberships, and does not currently show Google AdSense advertisements. Games and features may be offered free of charge. If these arrangements change, we will update relevant site information and, where appropriate, these Terms before introducing the change.

Acceptable use

You may use Moobeo for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other visitors’ use, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Fair Play

You must not obtain scores, achievements, or other platform benefits through cheating, automation, or abuse of Moobeo. Where we reasonably believe a score, achievement, account, or leaderboard entry was obtained through cheating, automation, or abuse of the platform, Advance Plus may remove it.

Future Features

Future versions of Moobeo may introduce optional accounts, achievements, leaderboards, and other platform features. Any feature-specific terms or requirements will be provided when relevant features become available.

Suspension or termination

Advance Plus may suspend or restrict access to Moobeo where reasonably appropriate to address abuse, protect the site or its visitors, or respond to unlawful activity. Where practical, we will consider the nature and seriousness of the issue when deciding what action to take.

Intellectual property

The Moobeo name, branding, website design, and materials created for Moobeo belong to Advance Plus Limited or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Moobeo materials without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Third-party names or materials remain the property of their respective owners. Any third-party terms that apply to their content or services remain separate from these Terms.

Third-party services

Moobeo is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Advance Plus does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moobeo is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, suitable for every purpose, or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, Advance Plus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Moobeo. These Terms do not limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes to the site or these Terms

We may change Moobeo as it develops. We may also update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The effective date identifies the version currently in force. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.
